Truly Love is the greatest healer and who we are. Our heart charka brings light through our body and mind as we allow. A door that open us to the lower energy centres and - or the higher energy centres. At the same time, we are all of these parts as we are whole beings of light. As we access the various parts of our soul, we are ignited with the wisdom that we hold dear and is there for us.

1. One Day Cleanse
A lovely One day session to introduce this Spiritual work to you. It will help you shed the lower energies of the ego, unlocking a sense of lightness, brightness and happiness that empowers you to move forward in life and stand confidently in your own power. This transformative Rohun process, is a holistic method of therapy - particularly beneficial for welcoming in ‘the new’ into your life through body, emotions, mind and spirit. Discover a new career, a relationship and attract powerful opportunities into your life.
Each session is interactive between Tara and the Client.
Chakra Cleanse 1 healing session bring Light and healing through the chakras. It will cleans feelings of unworthiness, fear, helplessness, and judgement. You will nourish your inner self, increase clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience, as well as connect with your Higher Self. Each session is specialised with Tara - as she creates a lovely environment with crystal bowls and a reading before we begin to set the intention.
This session is 90 - 120 minutes. One day introduction
2. Inner Child, Inner Light Healing Four day Sessions
This profound and life-changing process leaves you with a vibrant sense of accomplishment and openness to new and positive experiences. Healing the Inner Child and inner adult creates and inner alchemy that balances thoughts and feelings, heals your painful past of neglect and abuse, and creates a healthy relationship within. These very deep four days will help you to move into your creative energy and feeling your inner freedom. I love working with this healing as we move into art therapy. This process takes four sessions over a four day time.
The last day I complete with an Energization Session to help integrate and bring more Light through your body system.
Each session is 120 minutes. Art therapy is part of the sessions and so it may also be a bit longer.
A commitment to all four sessions is necessary for this session as we move through the Chakras and use art therapy to assist.
There is a one day Skim to follow up, one month after you complete the session — if you choose. Thank you.
Purification Three Day Integration
Chakra Healing sessions are a highly interactive process created over three days. Consisting of three sessions of approximately two hours each. Commitment to the entire process is necessary. Tara incorporates breathings, a reading as we begin and sound healing for you - to help create a lovely experience of Harmony and Love. The last day includes an Energziation as well to help bring more Light through your body and subtle bodies.

A one day session that continues the Light moving through your body , mind, and spirit. A gentle interactive movement through the chakras to help brighten where this is needed. 90 minutes.
Advanced Processes continue. These are transformational and expand your subconscious to greater states of Light.
