THE ENERGY CENTERS, Portals of Light

Energy Centers are amazing vortexes of light that we have through our body, as well as above and below our body field. There are eight major ones that I am sure you are familiar with and we also have ones in our hands, soles of our feet and minor ones throughout our body. In yoga, we also call certain points in the hands and body, the bhandas. We are opening up to twelve main energy centers as we each evolve. As we are vessels of Light, musical instruments that hold vibrations and frequencies through us and around us, the sounds, colors and light move through us. The 12 notes of the piano from low C to the high C - are the notes of the main chakras. These portals of energies are in the front of the body facing forward and the back of the body facing back. The root chakra faces down and the crown chakra and above, face up and opening to the higher realms of Light.

Each of the Energy Centers has its own level of consciousness and frequency. Each has its own individual glands, its own unique hormones, chemistry and individual plexus of neurons. As each center is activated, it will emit energy for the body and is a ‘mini brain’ bringing intelligence and energy into the region.

There are 8 main Chakras that harmonize with our life emotionally, spiritually and physically. We can open and clear the centers with Happiness, Joy, Love, Sound and ‘allowing’ for the Healing and Source to move through us. As our Chakras are more open — Creative Energy of Source moves through us and we can evolve and transcend adversities; feel safe in our choices and life; move from Love; express our Truth from our Higher Self; and perceive a broader spectrum of reality. It is a little more complex then that, but to keep it simple for now.

Harmony, enlightenment and balance with ourselves, our world and our path is activated; and feeling all we have intended and put into action on our Light Path is happening and then our 8th Chakra begins to be activated. This allows the Golden Light from above to be flowing through us in a more balanced way. Our bodies and life are Vessels for the Light on Earth.

We can see the Chakras as the billions of invisible vortexes of life-giving energy that flow through all levels of our existence. Each of these wheels of power form a center of activity that receives, assimilates, stores and expresses our life force energy. Chakras are often referred to as the subtle body.

When we are feeling healthy and in a state of well-being, each cell in the body is in its natural rhythm and vibratory resonance. The cell’s Light brightens. Chakra health can be weakened by daily stress, behaviors, habits of thought that diminish you or others that are not in harmony with your true nature.

Some chakras may be more open and balanced. Others may become displaced, while still others have less energetic vitality, and can result in a feeling of being out of tune, stuck or worse, disconnected from life.

We can create our own balances by aligning our vibratory resonance within. Our voice and the sacred tones we create and bring through our bodies and chakras will shift our cells and molecules.

“A Chakra is really a point in time and space where various flows of energy interact and create a resonance that is uniquely different from the resonance of the individual energies that originally combined to make it. When currents of energy in the body merge, circular matrixes of energy take form. These vortexes, the fusion of the physical (Pingala), the mental (Ida), and the spiritual (Sushumna) energies, contain phenomenal possibilities of power. When charged through yogic practices, unbelievable realms of consciousness emerge. From these centers of vibration, our mental, emotional, and physical characteristics are determined.”

Each Chakra comes together at certain points in the body of the glandular system. The main 8 coming together are the Ida (feminine) and Pingala (male) points from the sacrum area - tailbone area and wave up as it criss crosses along the Sushumna centre energy line along the spine. I will go deeper into this fascinating wisdom in another article. Our balance with Our Energy and Being in Center can come about through our movements, through our inner visuals, through our breathings, through sound and colors, being in nature, and all that brings you true happiness.

WHEN WE ARE HAPPY, WE ARE OPEN TO THE HIGHER FORCES OF GOD LOVE ENERGY. HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE. JOY IS ALWAYS THERE AND REACHES OUT ITS PURE SPIRIT HAND OF LIGHT TO HOLD OUR HAND. It is about magnetics.

We are as one with the Earth. The Ley lines of the Earth also come together in the various points as Earth Chakras, where the magnetic energy is very powerful. When we are in alignment with our Energy Centers and the light moves through us from Source God energy, we walk in Freedom. Freedom to surrender to Spirit and trust this with smiles, and embracing all the new, without resistance. Amen.

Self Healing: We can learn to heal ourselves on many levels. We are completely whole and perfect. The human body is the temple of the indwelling spirit. This indwelling spirit and its potential is connected to the human body through the chakra system. When the negative emotional blocks and faulty thoughts are removed from the chakra system, the indwelling spirit is freed to flow upward from its origin at the base of the sacrum to the crown, energising all of the potential and natural abilities and dimensions of the person. We are Light.
